Welcome to Leopardstworn Care Centre a modern purpose built home designed specifically for the needs of our residents, 24 hours a day. We have a very caring team who work hard to make everyone feel at home.
The prime location of Leopardstown Care Centre enables local residents to remain part of a community.
Our home-from-home is staffed by an exceptional team of compassionate nurses, senior carers and care assistants, whose focus is to enhance the lives of the residents in our care. Each bedroom provides a comfortable and personal environment for both short-term recuperation or as a place to make your home. Residents’ bedrooms are just as important as our communal spaces in fostering a sense of home.
Supporting the Director of Nursing each home has a dedicated team of staff nurses, senior healthcare assistants, healthcare assistants, activity coordinator, social care practitioner, allied healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, who’s focus is to enhance the lives of the elderly residents in their care.

We encourage our residents to engage, enjoy, express, and live as full, independent and active a life as possible with us. Our dedicated activities team develop an extensive weekly calendar of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to the unique needs, and expressed interests, of our residents. Residents’ freedom of choice guides everything we do.
On a typical week residents enjoy music, singing, dancing, light exercise, games, gardening, social activities, pampering treatments, and excursions when weather allows. Our activities programming is designed to turn each day into an opportunity for our residents to live with purpose.

We only use the finest, fresh ingredients and all meals are nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared daily.
Residents are consulted on a regular basis with regard to fresh additions to the menu. Residents’ choice guides everything we do.
